Privacy & optional measurement
Your enquiries
We use the contact and order information you submit to respond to your enquiry and arrange supply, payment and fulfilment. This operational information is separate from optional catalogue measurement.
Optional catalogue measurement
Measurement is off until you choose “Allow measurement” below a public catalogue or buying-guide page. You can browse and submit enquiries without agreeing. Choose “Turn off measurement” in the same area to withdraw your choice. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
When enabled, we count public catalogue views, basket additions, basket openings and successfully saved basket enquiries. Sources use broad labels such as Google, Bing, direct, referral or paid/campaign-tagged. We do not store referring websites, search terms, campaign text, full URLs, query strings, names, phone numbers, payment details or private tracking and quotation links in these reports.
Your browser stores your yes/no choice. A temporary website session groups activity for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, or until the UTC date changes. Reports retain only totals grouped by UTC date, source and approved public landing page for up to 400 days. They contain no individual browsing histories or customer identities. Turning measurement off stops future collection; anonymous totals already recorded cannot be traced back to remove a particular person.
These figures cover consenting browsers only, not every visitor. A saved enquiry is not a sale, a payment or confirmation that a WhatsApp message was sent. Contact-form messages are not counted in these figures. Google Search Console data is unavailable unless an authorised connection is separately configured.
